PRI Principals

The PRI management team is comprised of seasoned professionals who have a combination of internal auditing and public accounting experience. Each principal of PRI has managed the internal auditing function of at least one Fortune 500 Company. All are CPA's as well as CIA's, and are highly regarded in the profession and frequently speak on internal auditing topics to professional groups. Our principals have over 90 combined years of audit experience, of which over 70 years have been devoted to internal auditing, including service as internal audit directors for several FORTUNE 500 companies.

Robert H. Rohweder is a former member of the IIA International Board of Directors and has been on the Advisory Board for Accounting at Western Michigan University. Gregory B. Mitchell is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Indianapolis Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is past president of the Indianapolis and Illiana Chapters. David T. Orszulak heads our IT Audit Practice and is a frequent speaker on IT Auditing Topics at IIA seminars and conferences.
